HAT SHAPERS
                      The wooden hat block is a thing of the past!  

   

This Hat Shaper is a Straight Sided Dome similar to the classic wooden shapes of yesteryear.  

Due to the constraints of our thermoforming process, we are not normally able to make a straight sided form but we have had great success with this shape. 

The Straight Sided Dome costs a little more because, due to it's height, we have to reinforce it a bit from the inside.
